Nice location, comfortable stay

First, the staff was nice and comfortable to talk to. Second, the service was as expected to be. Third, I liked the cleanness of the room and especially the bathroom. Forth, the price compared to the location, it is really worth the money.

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. I just think that they forgot to put toothpaste in the bathroom but it was not a big issue because I already had it with me.

Location, very centralized.

I didn't like the fact that I was referred to the front desk when I went to get breakfast because I forgot my breakfast ticket in the room, and that the guy insisted that I pay. I also didn't like that there was a packet and an envelop covering something in the room. Looked extremely dodgy. Also the towels weren't cleaned properly and had some stains on it.

Staff at the reception was helpful ..

Bus stop to the Incheon airport was just opposite of the hotel .(2 minute) walk that made it really easy for us ..Beds were really comfortable ...thank you

. Subway is nearby , convenient,easy acess, Hotel staff is great from from desk to housekeeping!

I was impress by the Front Desk manager , he speaks very fluent english and he helps my family alot during our stay in the hotel for 4 night,i forgot to take down his name but he is somewhere a middle age person and i think he is a senior staff or managerial post at least . I think he went extra miles from his normal duties to help us, we really very thankful to him and to my surprise , this is my first time i come across in my travel experience that i meet such a good service manager

Positively surprised

Staff was kind, most of the people at the reception spoke English on a very good level. Room service was great - when we asked one day to 'do not disturb' us, we were given a bag with fresh towels, water, toiletters, coffee and tea etc, just next to our doors. They had a bath in our room that was just amazing after a long day in the city. On-site restaurant was reasonably priced and offered decent meal + they have a discount for your first beer during the day! :) Rooms were clean, offered everything what we expected for a such short stay (3 days). Overall - quite satisfied.

Location is passable but it was the biggest drawback of the hotel. It is located on a dodgy-ish street that is perfectly safe afterall! Minor detail - I would really appreciate to be offered a regular black tea, instead of scented ones as well as regular black coffee, instead of 3 in 1 instant version that contained massive amout of sugar. But that is a minor thing. Ac/heating didn't work or we just tried to turn it on in a wrong way.

Great value for the money

Overall great value for the money, good location with a lot of restaurants in the vecinity. 15 min walk to Dongdemun malls, 5min walk to Dongmyo subway exit no.4. The airport limousine 6002 stops on the main street very close to the hotel. Safe area to walk at night(for solo female travelers). Staff ready to help, tiny bathroom but will do the job, comfy bed and no noise

Took me a while to find the hotel as i was under the impression that it's located on the main road, but once you find it you're good to go. One of the staff at Reception seemed a bit to straightforward but i genuinly think it was a cultural difference rather then rude behaviour - one of the colleagues then offered the solution to the problem and everybody was happy

Worth price

Reasonable price, comparing to room type. The Receptionist allowed me to check in early, which was great as I could just put baggage in the room and went straight to town.

We returned to hotel late, rather scary, the path too dark and dirty. Room was not noise preventing as mentioned.

Great value for money!

The staff were very helpful when we asked for special arragements to be made on account of an early tour we had booked. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view.

Upmarket hotel but away from the main shopping area

Large room. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Good and large street market nearby. Tube station about 400m away but get out at Dongmyo NOT Dongdaemun. Reasonable breakfast but costs extra.

It took 2 taxis to reach the correct hotel as there are a number of hotels with similar names in the Dongdaemun area although most taxi drivers don't know their hotels anyway. Get the previous hotel or a local to write the name and address in Korean for the taxi driver. Many Korean restaurants near the hotel but not so many Western.

1. 객실 내부 - 다른 베니키아 호텔만큼 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있음. - 화장실도 깨끗, 에어컨도 빵빵해요 2. 객실 외부 - 마침 비가 많이 오는 날이였는데 복도에서 물 떨어지는 거보고 호텔 잘못 예약했다고 생각했으나 내부가 깨끗해서 다행이였음 - 엘리베이터도 연동되있어서 빠름 - 중국인, 일본인 관광객이 많은 지역같았음.

방이 깔끔하고 에어컨도 잘 나와서 편안하게 이용했습니다.

방이 깔끔하고 에어컨도 잘 나와서 편안하게 이용했습니다. 숙소 바로 옆이 구제시장이라 지나다니면서 구경하기도 좋았고 밤에는 조용해서 푹 쉬었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셨어요~

객실에 블랙커피도 있었으면 좋겠어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

배정해주신 방에서 담배냄새가 너무 심해서 다른방으로 다시 배정받았고 칫솔 치약이 없어서 황당했습니다 .칫솔을 천원에 판매를 해서 너무 아쉬웠어요 ㅠㅠ

그냥... 평타...

체크인, 아웃이 간편해서 좋았어요~ 파킹해주시는 분들이 친절하셔서 기억에 남네요.

위치도 어정쩡하고.. 조식뷔페도 메뉴가 별로에요. 스프에는 물이 많이 섞여있어서 묽고 맛이 이상했구요.. 과일도 두종류밖에 없고... 빵도 두종류.. 쨈도 별로 없고.... ㅠㅠ 룸은 대체적으로 깔끔했으나.. 룸에 들어가서 화장실을 들어갔는데 약간의 냄새가 있었어요..ㅠ
